The mind is not a vessel to be filled but a fire to be kindled....

Dear Parents,

I very strongly believe, that 'Children don't remember what you try to 'teach' them, they remember what you are and the effective way in which you communicate with them and motivate them to explore'!! I believe the children are our future and we need to teach them well so that they can lead the way, not only for themselves but also for the others; we need to show them the beauty each one of our children possesses to make them proud of who they are and help them be confident youth of tomorrow. The holistic development of an individual, is the most important factor of education and children with their keen power of observation, educate themselves in and at various stages and places, be it school, home or the playground; sometimes consciously and sometimes subconsciously. Thus, children should be given an opportunity to grow as individuals and build on their latent talents to enhance their confidence level enabling them to better themselves every day and to shine out in this competitive world.

Thus, at all stages, the School as well as the Parents, should play the role of facilitators, by being good role models and by always being ready to patiently quench all the queries of these young minds. Through connections to the natural world, the community and through humanitarian values, they shall find a purpose and meaning to life. With roots of humility and wings of confidence, children at SGES shall grow and excel in fields of their interests. Moral values and discipline shall be the core factors to maintain the pinnacles of success achieved!
